Ice Cream Crunch CakeTime: 1 hr.
- 1 package (12 ounce) chocolate pieces
- ⅔ cup smooth peanut butter
- 6 cups Rice Krispies
- Perry’s Vanilla Ice Cream (48 oz.)
Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter together in a large pan. Add cereal. Spread on cookie sheet. Cool. Break up mixture into small pieces. Soften ice cream; fold in all but 1 cup of cereal mixture and spread in a 10-inch spring form pan. Use remaining cereal mixture to make decorative topping. Freeze. Garnish with whipped cream.
