Banana Split Ice Cream Pie
It’s summertime…a time for enjoying fun in the sun, splashing in the pool and indulging in cool treats. Bring on the heat with banana split ice cream pie!
Ingredients:
1 graham cracker pie crust
2 small bananas
Perry’s Banana Split Ice cream (1 qt.), softened
Hot fudge sauce
Pineapple preserves
Chopped nuts
Whipped topping
Maraschino cherries
Directions:
Slice bananas into bottom of crust. Spoon ice cream on top. Freeze 2 hours. Top with hot fudge, pineapple preserves, a spoonful of whipped topping, chopped nuts and a maraschino cherry. Preparation time: 15 minutes; freezing time: 2 hours
