Spooky Spider Ice Cream Sandwich

Ingredients

• 1 carton Perry's Ice Cream - Death by Chocolate
• 1 package medium size cookies
• Halloween sprinkles {or other colors}
• medium pretzel twists
• Mini M&M’s or other candy for spiders eyes
• Chocolate chips for melting

Directions

1. Set Death By Chocolate container out to temper(thaw) for a few minutes
2. Prepare a large flat container to freeze the sandwiches, layer with parchment paper (optional)
3. Lay out bottom sandwich layer of cookies and scoop ice cream on top of them
4. Top the sandwiches with the second cookie and press
5. Even out the edges of the sandwiches with a spatula
6. Dip and roll ice cream sides of each sandwich in sprinkles
7. Place the sandwiches into the container and return them to the freezer to harden for approximately 30 minutes
8. Make a double boiler and melt chocolate chips
9. Break pretzels to make enough of spiders' legs - 4 to 6 per each spider sandwich
10. Dip ends of the pretzels into chocolate and attach the legs to spiders
11. Dip candy into chocolate and place them on sandwiches to make spiders' eyes
12. Return the spiders-sandwiches to the tray, use plastic wrap or the container lid to cover and freeze until ready to serve.
