As simple as Summer – try our new All Natural Premium Perry’s Ice Cream - find it at your local grocery ice cream isle!

You will need only two ingredients: cookies and All Natural Premium Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.

1) Cooled down homemade cookies (or “homemade” cookies if you are short on time) + a cookie cutter. We found this set of Wilton cookie cutters at a local Wegmans store.

2) Perry’s All Natural Premium Vanilla Bean ice cream:

3) Scoop All Natural Premium Vanilla Bean onto the bottom cookie, even the ice cream out, place the second cookie on top, smooth the edges of a sandwich with a spatula removing access ice cream.

4) Place all sandwiches on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, cover with plastic wrap or another sheet of parchment paper, and place into a freezer for at least 15  minutes.
