Lactose Free Vanilla: we bet if you let your friends and family try this vanilla without telling them it is lactose free, they wouldn’t be able to guess! It was a favorite of many Perry’s team members at our annual company meeting, and you simply have to try it! It makes sense for us to be so confident you’ll like it, since the only difference between our regular premium vanilla and our premium lactose free vanilla is the absence of lactose.

Twist o’ the Mist is located within walking distance from the park, on the corner of Rainbow Boulevard and Niagara Street, right next to the Rainbow bridge.

You will need only two ingredients: cookies and All Natural Premium Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.

1) Cooled down homemade cookies (or “homemade” cookies if you are short on time) + a cookie cutter. We found this set of Wilton cookie cutters at a local Wegmans store.

2) Perry’s All Natural Premium Vanilla Bean ice cream:

3) Scoop All Natural Premium Vanilla Bean onto the bottom cookie, even the ice cream out, place the second cookie on top, smooth the edges of a sandwich with a spatula removing access ice cream.

4) Place all sandwiches on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, cover with plastic wrap or another sheet of parchment paper, and place into a freezer for at least 15  minutes.

This week marks 35th anniversary of the Blizzard of ’77. Every 5th anniversary of the blizzard we make Zero Visibility, a special flavor in honor of our hometown history. Have you tried it? If not, now would be a good time to do that, or you’ll have to wait another 5 years. Zero Visibility is coconut ice cream with a touch of rum – to “warm” your bones.
