Raspberry-Lemon Soda Floats

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 pint of Perry's Ice Cream - Lemon Chillo
  • Seltzer


  1. Put raspberries and sugar in a small pot over medium-low heat
  2. Cook raspberries until they fall apart
  3. Mash any whole raspberries with a fork
  4. Strain out seeds with a medium-mesh sieve
  5. Let raspberry puree cool to room temperature
  6. Add 2-3 tablespoons of puree to an 8-ounce glass, fill with plain seltzer
  7. Top with Lemon Chillo and enjoy!
