Salted Caramel Brownie Ice Cream Cake

  • Brownie mix
  • Eggs
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Water
  • 2 pints of Perry's Ice Cream - Deep Sea Treasure
  • Chocolate truffles
  • Caramel syrup
  • Chocolate syrup


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease bottom of springform pan
  2. Mix together brownie mix, eggs, oil and water in large bowl
  3. Stir until well blended and spread into springform pan
  4. Bake according to mix instructions
  5. Cool overnight
  6. Add Deep Sea Treasure to top of brownie, filling the springform pan
  7. Freezer for 4 hours
  8. Top with truffles, chocolate and caramel syrup
  9. Serve and enjoy!
