I thought I give this flavor a try.At first bite you think this isn’t that hot but it hits you when going down your throat.Not a flavor I would have again found it to be average at best.But appreciate having a variety to try.

Complex and still simply delicious
Got a small cone at Cones ice cream in Port Crane, NY. I was very pleasantly surprised at how good it was. I used to deliver Perry’s ice cream for a local distributor and have tried so many different flavors but I always try to find something different to try on the flavor boards wherever I go. Hot honey scratches the itch for something different. Vanilla pudding soothes the spicy almost instantly leaving you wanting another gob of “sting”. The graham cracker swirl ads a nice texture but not in a way that I feel would turn off those that don’t prefer “chunks” in their ice cream. It’s a fun back and forth until the cone is gone and a short wait until the next trip to the ice cream stand for another.
