Is Perry’s Ice Cream rBST free?

Perry’s Ice Cream products feature rBST free milk and cream. Suppliers of our other ingredients may not be able to make this claim. The FDA states that no significant difference has been shown between dairy derived from rBST-treated and non-rBST-treated cows.

I am allergic to nuts. How can I be sure that my favorite flavor does not contain any nut products?
Is Perry’s Ice Cream gluten free?

Perry’s has many flavors that are gluten-free, including vanilla, chocolate and strawberry. To see if your favorite flavor contains gluten, check out the “allergens” tab located under the product description of any flavor, or look for “Gluten Free” on the package.

Is Perry’s Ice Cream kosher?

Yes, all our ice cream flavors are kosher.

What is the difference between sherbet and sorbet?

Sherbet has a milkfat content between 1% and 2%, where sorbet typically does not contain any dairy ingredients.
