Perry’s Ice Cream products feature rBST free milk and cream. Suppliers of our other ingredients may not be able to make this claim. The FDA states that no significant difference has been shown between dairy derived from rBST-treated and non-rBST-treated cows.

All the ingredients for each flavor are listed on this website and on the package. You can view specific product information by visiting our products page.  It is important to note that our plant handles several allergens, such as egg, wheat, soy and several nut products. We follow industry-standard Good Manufacturing Practices in handling all allergens in our facility. Check out the Nutritional Facts section of the flavors you are interested in to see whether it contains nuts.

Perry’s has many flavors that are gluten-free, including vanilla, chocolate and strawberry. To see if your favorite flavor contains gluten, check out the “allergens” tab located under the product description of any flavor, or look for “Gluten Free” on the package.

Yes, all our ice cream flavors are kosher.

Sherbet has a milkfat content between 1% and 2%, where sorbet typically does not contain any dairy ingredients.
