Holiday Fireball Ice Cream Pie Recipe

Between gift shopping and wrapping, cookie decorating, and creating magical holiday moments for you and your loved ones, how does one find the time to search for the perfect holiday dessert idea? Well, search no further because this Fireball Ice Cream Pie recipe is not only quick and easy but will ace your dessert duty assignment for all of your upcoming holiday parties.

Ice Cream Pie Ingredients:

Hot Fudge Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup of Sugar
  • ¼ cup of Butter
  • 2 oz. of Unsweet Bakers’ Chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp. of Corn Syrup
  • ¼ cup of Milk
  • 2 tsp. of Vanilla

How to make this recipe:

Step 1: Getting started.

To start this holiday recipe journey, you’ll need an extra indulgent pint of Perry’s Fireball Ice Cream and a chocolate cookie pie crust (we bought ours at the store, but feel free to make your own to add a touch of homemade pizzazz!). Then grab the ‘ol ice cream scooper and get to work!

Step 2: Prep the Pie.

Once you’ve scooped as much ice cream as you can fit, spread it evenly throughout the pie crust. Then, place your pie in the freezer while you complete the next step, giving it ample time to conform to your crust.

Step 3: Prepare your hot fudge.

Now it’s time to make your hot fudge! Combine the sugar, butter, chocolate, and corn syrup in a saucepan. Cook over medium to low heat stirring until blended. Add milk and bring to a simmer, stirring constantly until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. If you’re running low on time or prefer a specific kind, feel free to use a store-bought alternative and continue to the next step!

Step 4: Top it off.

Finally, the fun part! Line the perimeter of your pie with whipped cream and drizzle your hot fudge over the entire pie. Then, crush your peppermint candies and sprinkle them around to top off this delicious holiday treat.

And there you have it—in just a few simple steps you have a festive dessert that will leave your loved ones asking, “Can I have seconds?” Secure your rightful place on dessert duty for parties to come and try our Fireball Ice Cream Pie recipe this holiday season.
