Our local ice cream parlor rarely has this.

They rarely have Birthday Bash because it’s usually sold out in a day or two. It is absolutely worth the hype. The icing is flavorful, the sprinkles are actually chips of deliciousness, and the ice cream itself is amazing. Definitely my favorite. Not going to lie, we sometimes buy an extra cup when it’s available and stash it in our freezer for another time.
