Why are sugar cookies in it???
The gingerbread ice cream could be great if the sugar cookie blobs were taken out. They are gritty and ruin the flavor…I pick them out. Again, how do sugar cookie blobs fit with gingerbread??? I won’t buy this again

This was so unique! I enjoyed it.
Total Letdown
This ice cream had a lot going it. But it really missed the mark. The base flavor is artificial ginger mixed with an eggy sweetness. It reminds me more of spiced eggnog than ginger bread. The other issue with it is the lack of cookie pieces and such small sections of white icing. The cookie pieces are the best part. But they are so tiny. This flavor was a great idea/concept but a pretty lousy execution. Add bigger sections of white icing, bigger cookie pieces and make the base flavor much better. Piece of cake flavor is a similar concept but done 1000xs better.

This taste just like a gingerbread cookie, perfect amount of spice. And I don’t have to share since my Husband can’t stand gingerbread. Yay!
